🎓教育部華語獎學金 MOE Huayu Enrichment Scholarship (HES)

獎勵內容Scholarship Details

(一)  每月獎學金新臺幣二萬八千元。
A monthly scholarship of NT$28,000.

(二)  獎助期限：共分成暑期班(2個月)、三個月、六個月、九個月或一年期。除暑期班外，原則上受獎期間為當年9月1日起至次年8月31日止。
Duration: Summer
program (2 months), 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, or 1 year. Except for the
summer program, the award period generally runs from September 1 of the
current year to August 31 of the following year.

申請資格Eligibility

l        年滿十八歲，具高級中等學校以上畢業學歷，學業成績優良，品行端正之外國籍人士
International applicants above the age of 18, with a high school diploma or higher, with good academic performance and good conduct

l        未具僑生身分或持有中華民國護照
I Must not be an Overseas Chinese student or hold an ROC (Taiwan) passport

l        未曾在臺研習華語文或修讀學位課程
Must not have previously studied Mandarin or enrolled in a degree program in Taiwan

l        未曾受領本獎學金、臺美聯盟全球大使獎學金或臺灣獎學金
Must not have received this scholarship, the Fulbright Taiwan–U.S. Global Ambassador Scholarship, or the Taiwan Scholarship

l       在臺研習期間非為我國各大學校院與外國學校簽訂學術合作協議所招收之交換學生
Must not be an exchange student admitted under an academic cooperation agreement between a Taiwanese institution and a foreign school during study period

l        同時未受領我政府機關（構）或學校所設置之獎補助金
Must not be receiving any other scholarships or subsidies from Taiwan government/agencies or schools at the same time

申請方式How to Apply

申請人應依駐外館處公告之簡章（通常為每年一月、二月公告），於報名截止日前，檢附下列文件，向其所屬國籍住、居所地之駐外館處提出申請：
Please follow the guidelines announced by the ROC overseas missions (usually released in January or February). Before the deadline, applicants must submit the following documents to the ROC mission in their country of nationality or residence:

(一)   申請表
An application form

(二)   護照或足資證明所屬國籍之其他文件影本
Copy of passport or other proof of nationality

(三)   最高學歷證明及成績單影本
Copy of highest academic diploma and transcripts

(四)   已向華語中心提出申請之證件影本（例如入學申請表影本等）
Copy of documents proving application to a Mandarin Learning Center (e.g.,application form)

(五)   駐外館處所規定之其他文件
Other documents required by the overseas mission

🎓臺灣獎學金 Taiwan Scholarship

獎勵內容
Scholarship Details

(一)  學費及雜費（包括學分費及學雜費基數）：受獎生學費及雜費每學期於新臺幣四萬元以內，由本部核實補助，超過新臺幣四萬元者，不足部分由受獎生自行繳交就讀學校；雜費不包括代收代辦費、論文指導費、保險、住宿及網路使用費等相關費用，由受獎生自行負擔。
Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees (including credit fees and base tuition and miscellaneous fees :
The Ministry subsidizes up to NT$40,000 per semester. Any amount exceeding NT$40,000 must be paid by the recipient. Miscellaneous fees do not include agent fees, thesis advising fees, insurance, accommodation, and internet fees; these must be paid by the recipient.

(二)  生活補助費：本部補助大學生每月新臺幣一萬五千元；碩士及博士生每月新臺幣二萬元。
Living Allowance:
NT$15,000 for undergraduate students; NT$20,000 for master’s and doctoral students.

(三) 獎助期限 Scholarship
Duration：

• 大學部：四年；碩士班：二年；博士班：四年。
  Undergraduate: Four years; Master’s:Two years; Doctoral: Four years.

• 總受獎期限：曾受領本獎學金者，得於受獎期限屆滿後，以就讀下一級學位資格申請本獎學金，每名受獎人受領本獎學金總期限，最長為五年。
  Duration: Undergraduate: 4 years; Master’s: 2 years; Doctoral: 4 years.
  Maximum total scholarship duration: Recipients may apply again for a higher degree level after completing their previous award period. The total maximum award duration is 5 years.

申請資格
Eligibility

l        具高級中等以上學校畢業學歷，學業成績優良，品行端正之外國籍人士。
Foreign nationals with a high school diploma or higher, with good academic performance and good conduct

l        未具我國國籍。
Must not hold ROC nationality

l        未具我國僑生身分。
Must not be an Overseas Chinese student

l        未曾保留國內大學校院學籍或尚未在臺註冊入學就讀國內大學校院者。
Must not have an active student status or have registered at any university in Taiwan

l        未曾在臺就讀擬申請之同等級學位課程。
Must not have previously studied in the same degree program in Taiwan

l        受獎期間非臺灣各大學校院依據與外國學校簽訂學術合作協議所招收之交換學生或雙（聯）學位生。
Must not be an exchange or dual/joint-degree student admitted through academic cooperation agreements

l         未曾被我國政府機關或相關機構註銷獎學金資格。
Must not have had Taiwan government scholarships revoked
