About us

In order to fulfill the government’s promotion of Chinese language education for foreigners and enhance cultural exchange on the international stage, our university established the Center for Chinese Language Studies under the International Affairs Office starting from the academic year 2021. The center is responsible for promoting the improvement of Chinese language proficiency among international students at our university and conducting related Chinese language teaching activities.

The responsibilities of our center are as follows:

(1) Conducting Chinese language courses for foreign students on campus and related activities.

(2) Offering Chinese language courses, enrolling foreign individuals, and enhancing their Chinese language proficiency.

(3) Organizing cultural exchange programs and workshops for students from our sister universities.

(4) Arranging Chinese language exchange activities and competitions for foreign students.

(5) Providing training and certification courses for Chinese language teachers.

(6) Promoting other relevant matters related to Chinese language education.
